Our Story

Heritance exists to protect the relationships that wealth management is built on.

We believe every advisor-client relationship is quietly also a future advisor-heir relationship. Heritance makes that future relationship intentional instead of accidental.

Why Heritance

The problem most firms know but few are solving.

Cerulli Associates has quantified the great wealth transfer at $124 trillion through 2048. Natixis has found that nearly half of U.S. investors won't keep their parents' advisor. Every major industry body has documented the same pattern: firms that build the heir relationship retain the wealth. Firms that don't lose it, slowly and then all at once.

Heritance was founded on a simple insight — the problem is already recognized. What's missing is the infrastructure. Every firm knows it should be engaging heirs earlier. Almost none have a system for it. We build that system, so every advisor can run the relationship the way the best advisors have always wanted to.

The Founder

Built by someone who saw the gap from the inside.

Heritance was founded in London by Connor Boulware. The insight behind Heritance emerged during an internship at a wealth management firm — where it became clear that firms already recognize the heir retention problem informally but lack the infrastructure to systematize and scale their response to it. Heritance is that infrastructure.

The Mission

Protect what matters most in wealth management — the human relationships at the heart of it.

Every feature we build traces back to that single purpose.

Our Values

Three principles we return to every week.

Humans first

Technology amplifies great advisors. It never replaces them.

Depth over breadth

Every feature we ship is designed around one specific moment in the advisor-heir relationship.

Long-term always

The best relationships are built over decades. So is Heritance.

Looking Forward

Heritance becomes the universal heir engagement layer.

Embedded inside every major wealth management CRM. The relationship infrastructure the industry has always needed.
